Microsoft prevented PlayStation Plus from being in Xbox
Throughout 2022, the investigation of the purchase of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft has given us much to talk about. In this way, new statements by Sony have revealed that, apparently, there were plans to bring PlayStation Plus to Xbox consoles, but this did not become realized.
According to a new document shared by the competence and market authority, CMA), a Sony representative, says Microsoft prevented the arrival of PlayStation Plus from Xbox consoles. This was what was said about it:
Microsoft's position that the availability of PC & Xbox Game Pass in PlayStation as a solution to all possible damage caused by this transaction sounds quite empty, more if we take into account that Microsoft does not allow PlayStation Plus in Xbox.
Recall that prior statements by Microsoft had revealed the plans to take Xbox Game Pass to PlayStation consoles. However, this did not come true, and now it seems that Sony was answered with the same currency when he proposed something similar. In related issues, Microsoft wants PlayStation Plus to have launches day one.
Editor's note:
Although the idea that PlayStation Plus is available in Xbox sounds interesting, this sounds more like a message issued by a company representative to make a point clear, and not as a proposal that was really considered.
